About Us
“I regard the theatre as the greatest of all art forms, the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another the sense of what it is to be a human being.”
Oscar Wilde
Levin Little Theatre is a proud community-based theatre dedicated to bringing the magic of live performance to the Horowhenua. For decades, we’ve been staging a diverse range of productions — from classic plays and comedies to musicals and local works — all powered by the passion and creativity of our volunteers.
Our theatre also serves as a vibrant hub for the community, hosting a variety of outside events throughout the year. Behind the scenes, we maintain a comprehensive wardrobe department with an extensive range of costumes available for hire, perfect for productions, parties, and special occasions.
At Levin Little Theatre, we believe in the power of storytelling, community, and collaboration. Whether you’re on stage, behind the curtain, or in the audience, you’re part of our story.
We are always looking for newcomers, both on stage and behind the scenes. If you’d like to know more, please Contact Us or chat with one of our lovely committee members at one of our shows.
